Technical Support Representative (Largest Search Engine)

Responsibilities :As a Technical Support Representative of the Largest Search Engine, he or she will act as front-line team member who will ensure that clients’ concerns and questions are attended to and addressed in a timely manner. He or she will provide technical support services and will handle all customers’ inquires about the enterprise suite (Email, Calendar, other services).RequirementsCompleted at least 2 years in college (any course, no back subjects)Must have at least 1-year call center experience handling technical support (excluding experience in handling home appliances) accountExperience in email hosting and troubleshooting, web hosting, and DNS. Must have excellent communication skillsMust be able to handle advanced troubleshooting issuesWilling to work at BGC, Taguig City / Temporary work from home
