A sales support intern is a position that typically involves assisting with various tasks that support the sales efforts of RGF.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with customer inquiries and providing customer support
2. Manage and update the company’s customer relationship management (crm) system
3. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
4. Participating in the planning and coordination of sales events and promotions
5. Support in tracking and reporting of sales metrics
6. Generting leads and closing sales
7. Support to achieve sales targets
Requirements
1. Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate deals effectively
3. Ability to identify and understand customer needs, and effectively present products and services to meet those needs
4. Knowledge of market trends and competition, and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven attitude
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a large workload
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and handle rejection and uncertainty in a professional manner
8. Commitment to continuous learning and personal development, with a desire to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
